Welcome to the first Canadian RV Winter Campground Guide featured in the October 2003 issue of the RV gazette – the official magazine of the Explorer RV Club. Information listed in the Canadian RV Winter Campground Guide is current as of 2003 and effective for the 2003/2004 winter camping season. The names of the Campground Supporters of the Explorer RV Club are highlighted and their websites and e-mail addresses are hyperlinked directly to their sites. Discounts from Campground Supporters are offered to Explorer RV Club members – you must show your Explorer RV Club card when you check in and/or indicate that you will be using your Explorer RV Club discount benefit when making your reservation or at check-in. Campgrounds are not obligated to give you your discount after you make your reservation or after check-in. Please read the discount allowances carefully at the end of each listing. If we have missed any campgrounds open for winter camping, it’s not too late to ensure that your campground is listed for next year. We are currently compiling information for our annual 2004 Campground and Dealer Guide to be issued at the end of March, 2004. The Guide is mailed out to Explorer RV Club members and features a complete listing of campgrounds and RV dealership that support our Club by offering member discounts. As this is a members’ benefit publication, only those businesses that offer a discount to members will be included in the Guide.
